ChronoFocus is a Pomodoro focus timer for iPhone with a companion watch face for Garmin watches.

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect my Garmin watch?

1. Install the Garmin Connect Mobile app and pair your watch with it.
2. Install the ChronoFocus watch face from the Connect IQ Store and set it as your active watch face.
3. Open ChronoFocus on your iPhone and tap Connect Garmin Watch in Settings — Garmin Connect will open and ask you to select your device.

The watch shows an outdated timer state

Garmin watch faces can only talk to the phone in the background, and the system limits how often that happens (about once every 5 minutes). A start or pause made on the watch may take up to a few minutes to appear on the phone — the timers reconcile automatically and the final result is always correct.

The watch doesn’t vibrate at the end of a session

Watch vibration is delivered through Garmin’s Smart Notifications. Make sure notifications from ChronoFocus are enabled on your iPhone and that Smart Notifications are enabled for your watch in Garmin Connect.
